Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of the Spanish class programs provided by Alberto Mahedero, which include access to the Direct Español learning platform and the teaching of individual classes.
Service Description
The Spanish class programs have a duration of 3 or 6 months, depending on the selected program. They include access to the Direct Español learning platform, which provides users with content and tools for learning Spanish. In addition, each program includes individual classes taught by native Spanish-speaking teachers, scheduled according to the user’s established calendar.
Access to Direct Español Learning Platform
The user will have unlimited and permanent access to the Direct Español learning platform, as long as they complete the total time of the selected program. If the user does not complete the program, access to the platform will be suspended at the end of the last month of payment for the program.
Payment and Fees
Payment for classes will be automatically processed on a monthly basis, using the payment information provided by the user. The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. Fees for Spanish class programs are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
The user may cancel an individual class per month with at least 24 hours’ notice, without additional charge. If the user fails to cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, the class will be considered taught.
Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. The user agrees that it is their responsibility to periodically review these terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes.
Limitation of Liability
The user agrees that the use of the service is at their own risk and responsibility. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the content provided in our classes or on the Direct Español learning platform. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Zaragoza.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in one of our Spanish class programs, the user accepts these terms and conditions in their entirety.
